Jonathan has over 30 years of experience across a broad range of residential
and commercial work in many sectors of the market.
He has spent around half of his career in London and the other half in
Oxfordshire, dividing his time between client and professional advisor.
This range of experience enables Jonathan to deal with complex and legally
difficult proposals; focus on client side matters and summarize complex issues
simply and succinctly.
Jonathan usually leads on Commercial Acquisitions/Surveys, Legal and Expert Witness Instructions (either commercial or residential), Party Walls, Schedules of Condition, Maintenance Reports, Dilapidations, Defects and Disputes. |

Peter has over 25 years of experience of the design and detailing of building
works to both commercial and residential property, including refurbishment,
extensions and alterations.
He leads on all drawing production which is carried out in CAD, and provides valuable support for Planning Applications, Detailed Design, Building Regulations, Land Registry compliant work and revisions during the course of a Building Contract. |
