Jonathan has over 25 years of experience across a broad range of commercial and residential work in many sectors of the market.
He has spent around half his career in London and the other half in Oxfordshire, also splitting his time equally between client and professional advisor.
This range of experience enables Jonathan to deal with complex and legally difficult proposals; focus on client side matters and summarize complex issues simply and succinctly.
Jonathan usually leads on all commercial instructions including legal work/Expert Witness, and general extension and refurbishment work.
He is a co director of Commercial Property Consultants Meeson Williams pbs.

Michael has over 40 years of experience in the Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire residential market and usually leads on residential valuation and surveys.
His depth of experience often means he is re inspecting buildings within Oxfordshire for the second or third time.

Jason and Gareth have over 20 years of experience with computer aided drawing and lead on all drawing related work.
They are responsible for key support by way of producing drawings for Planning, Building Regulations, Refurbishments and Lease Plans, and updating changes which occur during the course of a building contract.
All drawing work is produced on computers, enabling easy exchange of information with clients and other consultants. Our CAD packages are intelligent, constantly updated, and we have full 3D capabilities.
