Our residential team deals with Valuations, Building Surveys, Home Buyers, Alterations/Extensions and Party Wall matters on a day to day basis. As we are based in Oxfordshire, we are aware of particular survey issues surrounding Cotswold stone properties. We also have knowledge of non standard forms of construction where ever they have been used in Oxford. We routinely deal with Listed Buildings and all matters concerning them, submitting Planning Applications, administration of Building Contracts and queries concerning Property Defects, Building Disputes and Party Walls. This breadth of experience allows us to give pre purchase advice on defects, alterations/extensions, insurance claims HMOs and boundary issues in a single service. |
